CONSIDER BEFORE BOOKING

• Rental Duration: Minimum stay of 27 nights required.


• Shared Property: This Casita is a guest house located on the same lot as a larger main home ( Mango Bay Pool House ). You may see other guests in the driveway/entry area.


• No Pool Access: Guests of the Casita do not have access to the pool on the property.


• Starter Supplies: We provide a starter pack of paper products. For month-long stays, guests are responsible for replenishing their own toiletries and supplies.

• Pet Policy: Pets not allowed.


• Occupancy: Max occupancy is 4 guests.


• Age Requirement: Primary renter must be 25+ years old and present for the stay.


• Rental Agreement Required: Electronic signature, including when booking through third-party platforms.


• Valid ID must be uploaded when booking directly or through a website where we process the credit card.


• Smoking: Strictly no smoking anywhere on the premises (includes electronic/vape devices).


• Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 11:00 AM.


• Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM.
