This beautiful property was perfect for our group of 10 adults. The bedroom/bathroom accommodations were great and the shared spaces were roomy and well stocked and furnished. The backyard/pool area was an oasis! We loved our stay!

A great retreat weekend with five of my therapy clients. It started to go bad when the kitchen stove gave out. We had a professional chef. BUT, LUXVACA came through for us and we had a new stove installed in time for our chef to make us a scrumptious dinner. Thank you Ashley!!! We'll be back in the fall. Service makes a difference.

We loved our stay at this lovely property which was perfect for our needs: lots of room for family members coming for a local wedding at Holman Ranch. We loved the location/setting and outside amenities. (Even a giant Connect 4 for our littlest guests.) This property is beautiful, quiet, with gorgeous views. We found it to be comfortable, spacious, high quality, and very well-equipped. Dominic, our Luxe contact was prompt and responsive to any questions and needs we had. When I asked for an extra iron he brought me three irons and 3 boards. I hope you enjoy your stay at this unique property as much as we did.

There were mixed reviews about this home so I debated booking. It turned out to be Fabulous. The communication was good, the house manager was super helpful, house was well stocked and beds amazingly comfortable. It had a great kitchen with everything we needed. Spices. Pans etc. We went in winter so only enjoyed the hot tub but the yard is gorgeous and neighborhood amazing for walking. Loved the house, the location and the rental experience. Highly recommend.
Great weekend!

We truly enjoyed our weekend at this home. It worked very well for my men's workshop. When we needed more heat (it was quite cold out) the hosts were "on the spot" to remedy the problem. A venue is only as good as it's support staff and this one was top shelf. Our hired chef found the kitchen perfect to create great food for us. We will definitely be back.

Our party of 8 had a wonderful stay at this amazing home. It is perfectly situated to enjoy the area. Less than a 5 minute walk into the village where there are ample places to eat, drink, and shop, and around 20 minutes drive into Carmel. The home was exceptionally clean when we arrived and it was very well-stocked. The outdoor space was amazing with a pool and Hot tub

All 7 adults have raved about our stay at this truly wonderful villa. Great kitchen for cooking family meals, very comfortable beds and bedding, gorgeous outdoor area with pool , hot tub and many outdoor living rooms, and great table for our fun family dinners. Beautiful view of the mountains and stars at night. Very easy walk into Carmel Valley Village for meals and shopping. Shout out to Manuel who was so quick to respond to a couple of questions. Thank you to the hosts and we hope to return to this great house soon.

We had a wonderful stay here with our family of 10 adults and 5 kiddos for a wedding nearby. Such a wonderful base to explore the wine country and beaches and beautiful Carmel valley. House was clean with thoughtful amenities and quick response to minor problems. Would definitely book again.

We celebrated a milestone birthday weekend with 9 adults. Everyone had a comfortable space to sleep and the common areas (kitchen, living room) were spacious. The highlight was the outdoor space, which was spacious and private, with a beautiful view of the mountains behind us.. The pool was heated when we arrived and the hot tub was functioning week and easy to use. Manuel the house manager was always accessible and very responsive. The house is conveniently located in the village with easy access to stores and small restaurants. We would definitely stay there again!

Just what we needed!
by Katherine
5/5
This place was amazing! Quiet and relaxing. Beautiful surroundings. It had pretty much everything 13 of us needed for our stay. We've never been in a VRBO that was so well stocked for pots/pans/utensils/dishes, as well as spices. We had been told there were no pool towels or plastic dishes, but found both available when we arrived. Only a few minor issues...we didn't initially receive the code to unlock the guest house; we couldn't find instructions for turning on the hot tub, but we managed to get it figured out; and we weren't given a heads up that Thursday was landscaping day, so some of our peaceful time by the pool was interrupted by mowing and blowing. We were also curious about the architecture of the home and some of the decor--would have loved to find the story about it in the house book. Overall, we had an absolutely fantastic time and we'd definitely stay again!

We loved the Renaissance property! Our group of 14 (6 adults and 8 children) enjoyed the all tbepropterty has to offer. The kids loved the pool and hot tub. We loved the soa ious kitchen and wildfire grill-everything we needed to orepare large meals. The quaint
Village of Carmel Valley is steps away, but we still felt
Secluded among the beauty of the mountains. The staff at Luxevaca made sure we had everything we needed to make lasting memories. Highly recommend this property!

The house was beautiful and perfect for our group. The location was walking distance to fun wine tasting rooms and good food options. The house was spacious and clean and the outside was large and had plenty of spaces for our group to gather.

This house was everything we could have wanted and more. The location was perfect and the house was ideal for our large group. Lots of space, beautiful backyard & a short walk to the town. Unlike other houses we have rented in the past, this house was stocked with cleaning/laundry supplies,towels/blankets even basic kitchen supplies. Our only complaint was, we wish we could have stayed longer.

I am in love with this this home! Luxerious and spacious, yet so cozy too. The worst part is having to chose between spending time inside or out, because both are so wonderful. Or maybe knowing that I eventually had to leave? We will absolutely be back to this treasure.

We had the most amazing wedding weekend and the facility really helped us realize our vision. The home provided ample room for us and our family. The house has so much character and great amenities. The separate cottage provided the perfect getaway for the bridal party to get ready on the special day of the wedding. The facility provides great views of the valley. We would definitely rent this house again for future vacations.

Great place for family time

We were looking for a staycation away from home and this fit the bill. We spent all day in the pool which was able to achieve a balmy 85+ water temp. We enjoyed all the outdoor amenities - s'mores on the fire pit and BBQ dinners. The rooms were all nicely appointed with good linens and towels. Being within walking distance to a great grocery and tasting rooms was awesome. Good hiking is within a close drive with easy parking.
Things that could be improved - more silverware, specifically forks. There were only 12 forks! It would be nice if dish soap, dishwasher detergent, and laundry detergent could be provided. We brought all these things because we were told they weren't supplied. But then they were there after all. Yet, bath soap was missing?! These are all little things but would make the house even better.
Fabulous property

This property was every bit as advertised. The house was a great set-up and met our needs, the outdoor space was tremendous and used by our group every day. And the locations was perfect for the area shops and restaurants. Overall, a great stay and property. Would definitely come back.

We just enjoyed a lovely stay in Carmel Valley at the LX3 Renaissance villa. It was a great place to host a large crowd with many different places to sit and relax together. The beds and linens were super comfortable and the outdoor ping pong table was a hit! The kitchen was well equipped and having two grills really helped. The only issues we encountered: I was send the wrong check in instructions with the wrong codes to access the house and we had to call for help, which arrived promptly and everything was back on track pretty fast, the door handle to the back door fell off and wasn't fixed for the weekend and the instructions to use the jacuzzi didn't work and ended up overheating the pool instead. All in all, I would definitely stay here again and hope that the minor repairs needed on the house are done so others can enjoy their stay.

Bachelorette weekend for 20
by Valerie
5/5
This house was absolutely beautiful, and comfortable for our group of 20. To sleep all 20 we needed the rollaways provided plus an air mattress, but there was enough space for them all and we all slept well. We loved all of the backyard amenities, and were impressed with the privacy and view. The home itself had so many special details, and the inclusion of a guest house was a real plus. The location was very convenient as well, we walked to wine tasting and dinner. We were grateful for the speedy response when we had issues with the hot tub, and for the check-ins later in the weekend to make sure it was still working. Thanks for a great weekend!

We had a wonderful time at the LX# Renaissance Carmel Valley property. Our family, had a reunion/get-together, comprised of 13 adults ,2 children and an infant. The house and cottage was perfect for us, as it offered privacy, and great a beautiful facility that surpassed our expectations. Although it rained quite a bit during our stay,we were still able to take advantage of the pool and hot tub area, and actually had a nice bbq dinner outside on the first night of our stay.
There were a few minor issues upon our arrival, but the staff was efficient and responded without delay to address and resolved them quickly, contributing to our enjoyable and relaxing stay.
We also appreciated the "welcome basket" with food goodies that was an unexpected nice touch.

We were offered this incredible property after a storm shut down power at our previously rented Pebble Beach home. And what a place this is! We had a ton of room for our 5 couples and the grand room with enormous fireplace was perfect for entertaining! The kitchen was ideally suited for our cooking needs and there's even a pizza oven that uses real wood to heat in the kitchen. The rooms are well appointed and the beds are extremely comfortable! It has a private gate you can close at night , a pool, hot tub, one gas bbq/one charcoal grill, a supply of firewood, and a great view out back of the mountains behind. Note: You are within eazzzzzzee walking distance to The Village and a plethora of winery tasting rooms so no need to drive or Uber! If you have a large family gathering or want to throw a party for friends, this is ideal! We celebrated my 60th birthday here and it was absolutely perfect!

Overall the property was perfect for my family. We booked the house to be near my daughter's wedding venue. Initially, we did have problems entering the driveway gate as we were not given the access code in advance. Very frustrating as we could not reach a live person at first and had to sit outside in our car until we finally reached someone who then had to contact the property manager. Reading other reviews, this seems to be a continual problem. The house setup was great and we especially enjoyed the pool and hot tub area. However, we were not able to get the jets to work initially for the hot tub do to a lack of printed instructions at the house. Again, this seems to be a regular issue according to the other reviews. A label by the control panel that tells you what button to press would easily solve this! We also had all adults and we were only 15 people. Since adult children did not want to sleep in the same queen bed as an adult parent we needed to use two of the cots. However, they only came with a bottom sheet. No top sheet or blankets to be found! We were not able to get these until the second day. Very unfortunate considering how much we paid for the house for 4 nights. Once we were able to resolve our issues we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

This Property was just what we had hoped for. The bedrooms were so comfortable. We loved the pool and jacuzzi, although we had requested it be heated before we arrived but had to wait a day before use while it warmed up.
The living area was perfect for us.
Our only disappointment was the kitchen.
The stove and oven were of low quality, as were the pots and pans.
The location in Carmel Valley was perfect with small shops, local groceries, and wineries.
The booking and check in were easy with very good communication.
Thank you!!

This property was a definite WOW! Our family had such a wonderful time! The house accommodated the needs of our large extended family. The only thing that would have made this better would be a bunk room for the children. The whole Luxe team was exceptional, making certain our needs were met. We especially loved the location in Carmel Valley, a small town close to everything! Our whole family loved having the pool and hot tub for fun and relaxation. Thank you Zorka, Kyle, and Sean for a perfect stay.

We are a family of 12 adults and 3 children getting together for a little family fun. We found the house to be very clean, well supplied, and very welcoming. We had a few minor issues and our concerns and questions were addressed promptly. We were very impressed with the quick response time. The appliances were high end and the beddings were of good quality. Everybody commented that the beds were very comfortable and they slept well. There were towels available in a basket for pool use and the kitchen was surprisingly very well supplied. There was even a nice welcoming basket with snacks and beverages. We found this all to be a very nice touch and made our visit very welcoming and comfortable. Overall, we all are enjoying our stay here and would definitely return.

Great place to bring a group and have everything you need. House was well stocked with all the essentials plus a couple nice surprises in the kitchen. Beds were comfortable, stockpile of firewood, guest house was a huge plus, rollaway beds, backyard is perfect for hanging out.
The only real negative is the oven.
Still warrants a 5/5.
Management team was very attentive - on it immediately.
