The home has stunning views of Lake Tahoe and the mountains. The description of the property was accurate, note the stairs to multiple levels. When we arrived the property was well cleaned. The kitchen met all of our cookings needs, we cooked most of our dinners in. The WiFi worked well throughout the house. The spa on the deck was enjoyed by everyone. I can with great confidence highly recommend staying here, we all enjoyed our visit.

This house was absolutely amazing! The luxury views were absolutely breathtaking, and the vibe was perfect for a fun, relaxing getaway. My family and I had the BEST time here — every moment was just incredible! Plus, being so close to the casino and shops made everything even better.
The house manager was fantastic — super reliable, easy to communicate with, and provided very detailed instructions and information, which made everything so smooth.
We loved every second and can't recommend this place enough!

This house made our mini snow vacation amazing. The common area is really impeccable. The wood floor and the lake view along with the rustic decor are impeccable. This is a kids and adult dream home. It was pricey but well worth it in my opinion. Such an amazing house but definetly don't go there if you plan on drinking/partying unless you are 100% sure you can stay inside and keep it clean.

The home was exactly as advertised. The house is huge with a large kitchen, dining and living area with stunning views. Our group of 5 couples could gather together in the great room, out on the balcony, in the pool table room or in the theater room. Highly recommend for family and friends. The in-law suite was attached which made it convenient and spacious.

This place worked out great for our annual family reunion. It was a bite inconvenient for parking since the driveway and garage were not accessible due to some repair work, but we were able to work it out. The outside areas are not well maintained, but there is plenty of space on the 3 levels of the house . The kitchen is great and well stocked with utensils, cookware and gadgets. The sauna and steam room worked well as the pool table and theater room. Having the beautiful view off the great room upstairs was a real treat.

House was spacious for our group of 12 adults. I’d recommend going no larger then that for adults. Could fit more if it were kids with the bunk room. The views are spectacular from the back patios and master bedroom. Alone, worth the price!!! We had plenty of space to spread out and find peace & quiet when needed but plenty of space to gather in main living areas. Kitchen is nice, lots of equipment. One minor negative was they lock you out of the griddle section of the stove. The owner locks out a couple areas which weren’t a big deal but transparency upfront would be nice. Check-in & check-out we’re simple and communication was great. I would definitely stay here again.

This home does not disappoint. Upon entering the front door you are immediately greeted with a home worthy of it's title as a 'jewel' with an overwhelming view of the Sierra's and Lake. The great room accommodated our large family(3 generations), the kitchen was perfect for us to do our family baking, cocktail mixing and cooking! The Kitchen has every possible utensil, pots/pans, dishes that you could possibly need. The best part was the view and with the 3 outside decks, we spent a lot of time outside - absolutely perfect for our family.
Our VRBO local host was extremely helpful and very responsive to our questions, check in and check out process. THANK YOU!!
We were a little disappointed on the cleanliness of the kitchen - all pots and pans needed cleaning - we would do that anyway but clearly previous renters did not properly clean up after themselves. We should all treat these homes as if they were our own and if there are mishaps, notify the VRBO staff and owners.
We highly recommend this home, it is special and was an outstanding location for our family to reenergize and bond as a family.

My family of four, in addition to my brother and his family, just returned from a week at this property. First off, the view does not disappoint. I'd say 98% of the time we were actually at the house was spent sitting out on the main deck, enjoying the view...of the lake and the stars above.
The house is huge. A large open living, dining and kitchen (with view and deck) on main entry, a theater room down and to the right of entry, washer/dryer, king bedroom, and two queen bedrooms, plus a bathroom with tub on the level below main level, and washer/dryer, kitchen, pool table, two twin beds in a room, a king bedroom, and two bunk beds in an office (with half bathroom), on the bottom level. PLENTY of space for everyone...especially the tweens and teens that wanted alone time (insert eyer roll here :) ). As others have mentioned...this is NOT a house for anyone with mobility issues as it sits on the side of a hill, is three stories, with lots of stairs in every direction.
The kitchen is stocked to the brim with every utensil, pot, pan, coffee machine, etc. one might need. I've stay in many places and this kitchen by far had the most I'd ever seen. All appliances are top notch and there is a grill on the outside deck.
All bedrooms were very clean and the master bed was very comfortable. Bathrooms are a little dated but clean and everything worked great. Owner's even leave nice shampoo, conditioner and soap if needed which was a nice touch.
We never used the jacuzzi as it was too hot (the weather not the jacuzzi) but it's perfectly located to relax and enjoy the view. The house does not have A/C but we opened all windows and was able to cool it down mid day (temps outside were high 80s) and at night was lovely...low 50s so nice and cool. All windows have screens so keeps the bugs out.
Two car garage accommodated both cars...large extended SUV and regular sedan just fine. Only warning...there isn't a large driveway or area to park on street close by if needed. Also, one way up to the house is EXTREMELY steep, but there is another road around for an easier in and out of the house and community.
Overall everything was great and I'd recommend this home to anyone but really works great for larger families or a couple of groups of families/friends.
Stunning lake-views, great home

We very much enjoyed our stay at the house. The views from the living room and balcony are unrivaled. The deck is set up nicely with a hot tub, grill, and dining table - perfect set up to enjoy those stunning sunsets. The kitchen is spacious and replete with all the cooking utensils. The manager, Julio, was very easy to work with. He was very kind and responsive. Location is great - Safeway is less than 5 minutes away, good restaurants also near by. Nice luxury to have 2 washer/driers on site. Perfect for multiple families. Unfortunately the driveway was being repaved - so we didn't get to use the garage, but appears quite spacious.
While certainly not a deal breaker, a few things to note about the house:
- it's a big house, with a few staircases - something to be mindful of if traveling with the elderly.
-We also found quite a few bugs (ants, spiders, slugs) in the bathrooms, tubs, etc. It's a mountain house, so should be expected to some degree - but this was more than what we've seen in other homes.
- they disconnected the audio system in the house, so would bring a portable speaker.
- Finally, there's no private beach access with this home. While very close to Zephyr Cove - it can get packed in the summer months after 10 or 11a, making it tough to get in. That said - the beach is less than a 5 minute drive, but would recommend getting there early during peak season.
Overall - it was a really great experience, and we'd still recommend it highly. Those views are really hard to beat. Hope to come back one day!

The pictures don’t really do the house justice. It is huge, it wasn’t till the second day that I found the theater. It’s nestled on top of a hill overlooking the lake with great views of the sunset from the hot tub. Everything was very clean and worked. The host answered questions that we had right away, and was hands off while still providing necessary help. Over all my family had a great stay.

We had a total of 10 people staying (5 adults and 5 kids) and the house had plenty of bedrooms, beds, and space to accommodate. The view was spectacular from the main living area as well as the Master Bedroom (which is right below the main living) and we used the deck area on the main living level for several hours every day of our trip. Check in was easy (master lock with a key pad) and check out was also relatively easy (strip beds, do dishes, and put back toys/games). Having two refrigerators and kitchens (one on the top main living and one on the bottom floor which has two bedrooms, a living room, the sauna, and a bathroom) was great, too. All in all this is a great place to visit! The only negative for the property is one that is common for most Lake Tahoe homes overall in that it is on 3+ levels and built into a steep hillside. This was challenging for my parents (both 70+) not to have a bedroom on the same level as the main living area and the garage, but okay with each of my siblings and our kids as we didn't mind the trips up and down the stairs adding to our exercise each day.

This house was truly amazing. When you first walk in you are greated with an unobstructed view of the lake. The master bedroom is luxurious and has it's own private balcony. All the other beds and bedrooms are spacious and as advertised. There is a game room with a pool table and a third balcony. It really was awesome watch NFL football on Sunday in the theater room. Oh, and the hot tub... perfect view. The location to Zephyr Cove Beach, South Lake Tahoe, and the casinos is so close. Can't beat this house for your vacation. Thank you so much.

We went with a group of ladies to this wonderful lake view Estate and it was perfect for our large group. The theater room was great for movie night and have glasses of wine on the lake view deck and hot tub was one of our highlights of the trip. Not to mention the casinos and night life was a short drove too! We will plan a trip every year here!
