Gatherings and events exceeding the maximum occupancy are prohibited.
Maximum number of allowed vehicles: 2.
Renters will be issued parking placards, which must be displayed on the driver s side dashboard. Parking is only permitted in designated areas. Failure to comply may result in a $500 fine.
Quiet hours are from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM and will be strictly enforced.
