On three sides, glass doors completely fold away, transforming the space into an open living and dining room. Behind this is a pond feature with sunken stepping stones leading to the kitchen, which also has folding doors that open completely. The kitchen is well equipped with top of the range chrome appliances and a central island feature incorporating a breakfast bar. The swimming pool faces the beach, and is presided over by a sala, which appears to float upon the water. Adjustable deck chairs are also positioned poolside.
The master bedroom occupies a standalone pavilion, equipped with a Smart TV and furnished with a four-poster king-size bed and complimenting furniture. At the front of the room, glass doors lead to the sun terrace, the lawn, pool and the beach.
