The ultra-spacious living room and dining area have been tastefully furnished to an extremely high standard, and the owners have just placed all new hardwood floors in the living and dining areas. A plush pull-out sofa and chairs surround the large Smart TV complete with cable, DVD player, and Xbox console. There is also a fully functional kitchen which is very well equipped with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The separate dining area has a beautiful dining table with seating for 6.

Large sliding patio doors lead out to your own private balcony with a table and four seats. Here you can enjoy breakfast and evening drinks whilst relaxing.

The Master en-suite bedroom has a King bed, and a large TV complete with cable. There is a large walk-in closet, an electronic safe, and a large en-suite bathroom with dual sinks, a bathtub, and a large walk-in separate shower. The second bedroom has a king, a flat-screen TV as well as a large closet and an en-suite bathroom. The third bedroom has two Full beds and a TV. There is a large closet and an en-suite bathroom.

• Check-out time is 10:00 am
• All properties are non-smoking and no pets are allowed

• There is a one-time departure cleaning fee for all stays

• The guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older.
• An Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee will be required to cover any reported accidental damage to this property and its contents
• Final payment due 45 days prior to your arrival
• Bookings made within 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
• A rental agreement must be signed by the lead guest making the reservation, along with a full list of guest names that will be staying in the property

While staying in this property you will be able to use the majority of Reunion's amenities such as 6 swimming pools, bike hire, on-site restaurants, and bars. Please note this property does not have a Reunion Resort Club Membership needed to access additional amenities within the resort, including Reunion’s Water Park, Tennis, and Golf.
