Brand new 5 bed, 5.5 bath luxury villa in Reunion Resort. This villa features contemporary furniture with an open floor plan. The southwest facing pool allows plenty of Florida sun while vacationing. You will find a master bedroom on the ground floor. This bedroom has a king bed, en-suite bathroom, and walk-in closet. Continue upstairs to be wowed by the other 4 bedrooms. On the second floor, you will find a master bedroom, a VIP suite, and 2 fun themed kids rooms! The master bedroom and VIP suite both feature a king bed and en-suite bathroom. The kid's rooms both have two twin beds. One room is princess themed and the other bedroom is Star Wars themed.

• Check-out time is 10:00 am
• If available, an early check-in/check-out may be arranged for a fee

• There is a one-time departure cleaning fee for all stays

• Final payment due 45 days prior to your arrival
• An Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee will be required to cover any reported accidental damage to this property and its contents
• Pool heat available for a fee and is recommended from the 31st Oct. to the 31st Mar. If you would like the Spa / Hot Tub to be heated you will need to add pool heat to your reservation.
• The complimentary BBQ grill is provided free of charge. Reunion Vacation Homes and/or the Owner do not accept liability for equipment failure. It is the guests' responsibility to clean and maintain the barbecue and replenish Propane for the BBQ as required.
