Step inside the home where you will be greeted by the open foyer area and a master suite with a 46-inch LED TV and en-suite bathroom. In the games room, you can spend most of your time with the Multi-Arcade Machine system, Foosball table, and PlayStation 3. As you make your way towards the large family area you can find the fully equipped kitchen with all you need to prepare meals during your vacation. This kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a breakfast bar to seat 4, and views of the living and pool area. Enjoy your meals on the dining table that can seat up to 8 guests. Looking forward to relaxation? The living area is the perfect place to catch your favorite show on the 55-inch LED TV and overlooking the pool area. On this floor. you can find a half bathroom and laundry room.

Open the sliding doors leading towards the pool area where you can catch the Florida sun throughout the day. Take a splash in the west-facing private pool and enjoy the covered lanai with a BBQ grill. Relax and unwind in the spillover spa, loungers, or patio furniture while enjoying the views of the Jack Nicklaus golf course. This patio area is ideal for your next vacation.

On the second floor, you can find the rest of the bedrooms. There are two master bedrooms with king-size beds, en-suite bathrooms, and access to the balcony. The kids will have their own bedroom with a full and twin size bed and share a full bathroom. The last bedroom features a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. As you make yourself up to the second floor you will be greeted by the loft area where you can find comfortable seating and game/card table.

Terms And Conditions:

• Check-in time is 4:00 pm
• Check-out time is 10:00 am
• All properties are non-smoking and no pets are allowed
• Tax is not included in nightly rates
• Final payment is due 45 days prior to your arrival
• There is a one-time departure cleaning fee for all stays
• Pool heat available for $35 a day and is recommended from the 31st Oct. to the 31st Mar. If you would like the Spa / Hot Tub to be heated you will need to add pool heat to your reservation.
• Daily maid service is NOT included but please ask for a quote
• Accidental Damage Protection of $115 plus tax will be required against any reported damages or loss to this property and its contents.
• The complimentary BBQ grill is provided free of charge. Reunion Vacation Homes and/or the Owner do not accept liability for equipment failure. It is the guest’s responsibility to clean and maintain the barbecue.
• A rental agreement must be signed by the lead guest making the reservation, along with a full list of guest names that will be staying in the property
