This comfortable villa, located in Highgate Park in Legacy Park, has a convenient and central location. It takes less than half an hour to reach theme parks, such as Walt Disney World, Universal, and SeaWorld, as well as being close to numerous exclusive golf courses. There are plenty of shops and restaurants just minutes away.

The living room and dining area are attractive, but provide a spacious area to relax and enjoy a meal. There is a large TV available in the living room for guests to enjoy. The dining room provides a place to eat either a home cooked meal or takeout, with seating for 6.

In the kitchen, you will find everything you need to provide for your vacation, such as appliances you can cook with. Along with access to whatever you may need during your stay, the kitchen also has an open bar with bar stools that can seat 3.

To help you relax in this beautiful villa, there is a private pool in the back, provided with steps in the shallow end and an in-pool seat at the deep end. There is an extended deck with a table with 4 seats and 2 loungers. Each interior door leading to the pool deck is alarmed.

With a game room, there is plenty to do. This room includes air hockey, a foosball table, a pool table, and a dartboard to keep you busy. There is also a bistro table with two chairs.

All the bedrooms in this villa are well furnished with plenty of room for 8 guests to stay. The master bedroom has a king bed, a walk-in closet, LCD TV, clock radio, and an en-suite bathroom, with a separate bath and shower, two sinks, and a door to the pool deck.

Bedroom 2 has a full bed, fitted closet, a LCD TV, and a clock radio. Bedroom 3 has two twin beds, and a bedside cabinet. Bedroom 4 has two twin beds, a bedside cabinet, and a shared bathroom with bedroom 3.

• Check-out time is 10:00 am
• All properties are non-smoking and no pets are allowed
• Tax is not included in nightly rates
• An Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee will be required to cover any reported accidental damage to this property and its contents
• There is a one-time departure cleaning fee for all stays
• Final payment due 45 days prior to your arrival
• Cleaning service is NOT included but please ask for a quote
• Pool heat available for a fee and is recommended from the 31st Oct. to the 31st Mar. If you would like the Spa / Hot Tub to be heated you will need to add pool heat to your reservation.
• The guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older.
• Bookings made inside of 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
• “Best value” properties are typically older, the furniture and contents of the property will, therefore, be subject to wear and tear from use. Older homes may also be more susceptible to mechanical issues. Should a mechanical issue occur, best efforts will still be made to repair or replace or in the shortest time.
• A rental agreement must be signed by the lead guest making the reservation, along with a full list of guest names that will be staying in the property.
