Head towards the sliding doors to soak up the Florida sun in the screened-in private pool with spillover spa. The pool area features an outdoor dining area with seating for 6 and 4 sun loungers. Whether you are taking a swim during the day or night, the villa has a prime location with a conservation view from the pool area. There is more entertainment in this villa with the custom games room. The Call of Duty games room features 4- 50-inch TV, PlayStation 4, Xbox, Air Hockey table, Foosball table, and gaming chairs. All age groups in your party will have a blast with all the games room offers. There is also a pool table and bar seating in the loft area on the second floor. The villa can comfortably accommodate up to 18 guests. On the first floor, you will find 2 master suites with king size bed and en-suite bathrooms. The rest of the bedrooms are located on the second floor. There are 4 master suites with king size beds. With the little ones in mind, the kid's bedroom truly designed just for them. There is a bedroom with 2 full beds and another with 2 twin beds.

• Pool heat available and is recommended from the 31st Oct. to the 31st Mar. If you would like the Spa / Hot Tub to be heated you will need to add pool heat to your reservation.
