This beautiful 4 bedroom 4 bathroom home is located in the highly sought after Windsor Hills resort. As soon as you make your first steps through the front door you are welcomed with comfort. The living area is spacious with an open layout and provides everything you will need on your Florida vacation. There is plush seating and a large TV, the perfect place to get together and relax after a long, tiring day. There's also a guest computer in the living area for your convenience and stereo speakers throughout the house. There are 4 total bedrooms, all comfortable with en-suite bathrooms, and decorated well. Get your game on and unwind after a long day in the game room, which also includes a pool table. The pool area is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the Florida sun. Take a dip in the spillover spa and let your worries drift away or jump in the sparkling water of the pool. • Check-out time is 10:00 am
• All properties are non-smoking and no pets are allowed
• Tax is not included in nightly rates
• There is a one-time departure cleaning fee for all stays
• An Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee will be required to cover any reported accidental damage to this property and its contents
• Cleaning service is NOT included but please ask for a quote
• Final payment due 45 days prior to your arrival
• Pool heat available for a fee and is recommended from the 31st Oct. to the 31st Mar. If you would like the Spa / Hot Tub to be heated you will need to add pool heat to your reservation.
• This property does not include a BBQ, however, we do have them available for rental.
• The guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older.
• Bookings made within 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
• “Best value” properties are typically older, the furniture and contents of the property will, therefore, be subject to wear and tear from use. Older homes may also be more susceptible to mechanical issues. Should a mechanical issue occur, best efforts will still be made to repair or replace or in the shortest time.
• A rental agreement must be signed by the lead guest making the reservation, along with a full list of guest names that will be staying in the property.
• We use a third party to verify identification and fraud risk, based on the findings we could cancel the reservation.
