This beautiful 4398 sq. ft. home is located in Windsor at Westside, a gated vacation rental community with world class amenities and that is close to the gates of Disney World. Upon entering, you are immediately welcomed into the comfort of this home. Filled with cool tones throughout, this home is the perfect place to come home to after a long day at the parks.

There’s room for everyone in the dining room, with two dining tables, each with seating for 8, with a combined number of 16. Along with that, there are 4 additional seats in bar seating. The kitchen is the ideal space to prepare your morning coffee, late night snack, and everything in between with the necessary appliances you need. After a busy day, relax in the comfort of the living room, with plenty of plush seating and a 65-inch TV, so you can enjoy your favorite characters at home. Upstairs, enjoy the loft with a game of Foosball or family movie night on the 65-inch TV.
Each bedroom in this home has a comfortable bed and their own private large TV. On the first floor, there is 2 king suites, one of which has a master bathroom. On the second floor, there is one king bedroom with its own bathroom. There are also 3 queen bedrooms, two share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with each other, and the last shares a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with a twin/twin bedroom. The other two bedrooms share a bathroom between them. One bedroom has two twin beds and the last one has a bunk bed with twin over full. The kids bedrooms are decorated with various sea creatures or characters the kids love.

- Check-out time is 10:00 am
- All properties are non-smoking and no pets are allowed
- An Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee will be required to cover any reported accidental damage to this property and its contents
- There is a one-time departure cleaning fee for all stays
- Final payment due 45 days prior to your arrival
- The guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older
- Bookings made within 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
- Vacation rentals may not be used for events or group gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy.
- A rental agreement must be signed by the lead guest making the reservation, along with a full list of guest names that will be staying in the property.
- We use a third party to verify identification and fraud risk, based on the findings we could cancel the reservation.
- This property does not include a BBQ, however, we do have them available for rental.
- Pool heat is available for an additional fee and is recommended from the 31st Oct. to the 31st Mar. If you would like the Spillover Spa to be heated you will need to add pool heat to your reservation. Please contact us to add pool heat to your reservation.
