This is a lovely 2 story house, located in Legacy Park, which has been decorated and furnished to a very high standard and boasts a lot of space.  There are two master bedrooms with en-suite facilities.  The first is downstairs and has a king size bed, flat screen TV, DVD player,  desk area with printer for your use, and en-suite bathroom with oval tub, shower, twin basins and WC.  The upstairs master suite also has a king size bed, flat screen TV, DVD player,  armchair, closet and en-suite bathroom with bath/shower, basin and WC.  There is also a small toddlers bed.  Moving back downstairs there is a seating area with comfortable sofas, a rocking armchair, flat screen TV and DVD player as well as a main family seating area with sectional sofas, large flat screen TV, cable TV, DVD player, breakfast table with 3 chairs, and sliding doors to pool area. There is a fully equipped kitchen with electric oven/hob, microwave, double sink with disposal unit, dishwasher, two large fridge/freezers, one with ice/water dispenser, a small preparation table and bar seating for 4 people.  The dining room has a glass cabinet and a formal table that seats 6-8 people.  Bedroom 3 has a queen size bed, closet, single chair and flat screen TV and DVD player.  Bedroom 4 has twin beds, closet, small bench and a flat screen TV and DVD player.  Bedroom 5 has a day bed with a pull out trundle bed, a small table and chair, closet and flat screen TV and DVD player.  The family bathroom has a bath/shower, basin, WC and pool access door.  To the rear there is a fully screened in larger than average pool with a very generous pool deck.  A lanai provides shade, should you choose it, and there is a patio table seating 6, 2 wicker chairs and 2 sun loungers.  The pool backs onto a wide grassy hill so is not directly overlooked from the rear.  There is a utility area with washer, dryer, ironing board and iron and the house comes with free WIFI throughout.  Double driveway as well as off street parking for 2 cars.  Shops, restaurants, bank, gas station are all within a 5 minute drive and the attractions are only 15 minutes away.
