Regal Palms has plenty to do on-site including a large zero entry pool, lazy river, water slide, children's play area, beach volleyball court, tiki bar, gaming arcade, bar, restaurant, day spa and fitness centre. The resort is gated and has 24 hour security. There are shops, restaurants, bars, banks and a gas station within walking distance and the Disney attractions are only 15 minutes away.
A daily resort fee in the amount of $20.00 per day plus tax applies to all reservations. The resort fee is paid locally at Regal Palms front desk check-in and not included in your reservation total.
Regal Palms Parking Procedure
- Each Home is assigned a total of two (2) parking spaces.
- Parking on the street within the community is permitted provided that there is the ability to have other vehicles pass by easily as the streets are designed for two -way traffic.
- Absolutely no parking on the grass as it damages utility and water lines.
- Parking at the clubhouse is reserved for guests and owners to use the amenities.
- There will be no overnight parking at the clubhouse. All vehicles left over night will be subject to towing at the expense of the vehicles owner.
- The Association is not responsible for any loss of valuables or damage to a vehicle.
