The kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you should need for catering at home and has a bar seating area for two, a breakfast table for four and a utility room with washer and dryer. The master suite is truly sumptuous with it s array of coordinating throw pillows, chairs for relaxing, curved leather chaise, wall mounted flatscreen and a walk in wardrobe. There is a luxurious en-suite bathroom featuring oval tub, separate shower, his n hers basins and a WC. The fourth bedroom has been converted to a play room and has a pull out couch, xBox console with two controllers, Nintendo console with two controllers and a selection of games. Outside there is a fully screened in pool with sunbathing deck and two loungers. The entire area is surrounded with a fence so offers complete privacy and there is a lawn area for the kids to play on. A shaded lanai area offers a respite from the sun and there is a glass patio table seating four, perfect for enjoying meals outside on a warm Florida evening. The house also has a double garage and further off street parking for two cars.
