Welcome to the South Garden!

This luxurious villa, located in the community of Westridge, has been beautifully decorated and furnished to an exceptionally high standard and is bright and vibrant throughout.  There are two separate seating areas, as well as three places to sit and eat, a formal dining table, casual breakfast table and kitchen bar seating, perfect for feeding the kids so you can keep an eye on them!

The garage has been converted to a game room with pool table, TV, Playstation 4 console and a music centre.  There is also a sofa for relaxing on until it's your turn.  Each of the bedrooms has it's own unique colour scheme and flatscreen TV and the master suite features a king size bed with ultra blue fluorescent trim effect.  There are three bathrooms, the en-suite for the master bedroom and two family bathrooms, one of which has a door to the pool area so no wet feet in the house.  The kitchen has stainless appliances and everything you need should you decide to cook at home, as well as a utility room with washer and dryer.

Outside there is a fully screened in pool and sunbathing deck for soaking up the Florida rays.  There are four sun loungers and a shaded lanai area with patio table.  Enjoy meals outdoors without worrying about biting insects.  The view to the rear is a real treat, a tree lined waterway where you can watch ospreys and wading birds scout for their dinner, turtles sunning themselves and perhaps see a shy Possom or Armadillo.
 
Please note that pool & Spa heat (where applicable) are not included in daily rates and restrictions do apply. This home has gas pool heat which requires a minimum of 3 consecutive nights.
