The kitchen is open to the living room and is fully equipped with all the stainless steel appliances you could need during your stay, from a blender for your favorite morning smoothie to a full-sized oven. The decor is modern and has tall dark cabinets and granite countertops. Have coffee or a snack at the bar with stools for up to 4. Enjoy a proper meal with all members of the family in the separate dining area with table seating 6 people.
The ground floor of this home has 1 queen bedroom. Upstairs there is a loft that has a Foosball table and a seating area with its own TV if the adults and children want to split up and watch different movies or sports. There are 4 more bedrooms on the second floor, one with a King-sized bed, 3 bedrooms with two twin beds. Each of the bedrooms all have a convenient bathroom either en-suite or nearby so no worries about sharing and waiting for someone else to be finished.

• Final payment is due 45 days prior to your arrival
• Accidental Damage Protection plus tax will be required on behalf of the property owner against any reported damages or loss to this property and its contents.
• There is a one-time departure cleaning fee for all stays
• Pool heat available for $30 a day and is recommended from the 31st Oct. to the 31st Mar. If you would like the Spa / Hot Tub to be heated you will need to add pool heat to your reservation.
• Cleaning service is NOT included but please ask for a quote
• The guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older.
• Bookings made within 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
• A rental agreement must be signed by the lead guest making the reservation, along with a full list of guest names that will be staying in the property.
• We use a third party to verify identification and fraud risk, based on the findings we could cancel the reservation.
