As you walk into this home you are greeted by an open-plan dining and kitchen area. This open-plan is perfect for allowing the entire family to cook, dine and hang out together. You will love preparing gourmet meals in this kitchen which has upgraded appliances and beautiful black granite countertops. Right beside the kitchen is the dining area that comfortably seats 8, bar top for 3 and a sitting area.

Step out onto your private lanai and grill up a great lunch in the summer kitchen and enjoy your meal at your outdoor patio table that seats 8. Cool off with a drink under the balcony shade and take in wonderful views of the golf course. Gather around the firepit for conversations during the day or for a cozy way to end your evening with loved ones. The home has a very private courtyard so you can relax as the family splashes the afternoon away in your own private pool. Lie out on one of your 6 sun loungers and catch some Florida sun, or have a fun-filled afternoon with the family playing the poolside games provided. Across from the lounge, you will find two king bedrooms with SMART TVs and shared bathroom access.

On the third floor is a large master king bedroom with a 65-Inch SMART TV, large closet and en-suite bathroom. This room also has balcony access with spectacular golf views. Across from the corridor, you will find a large magical bedroom, which will simply blow the kids away! To the right is a full over full purpose-built bunk bed with built-in lights and SMART TVs. There is a connected tunnel to the center play area and a spiral slide. This is also connected with a tunnel to the left side of the room with a twin over twin beds that have built-in lights and SMART TVs. This bedroom creates a truly magical and one-of-a-kind experience that your kids will not be able to stop talking about!

The fun doesn't just stop there in You Only Live Once! In the detached annex, you will find an amazing arcade room on the first floor. This room features a Transformer arcade, a 2-4 player Pac-man Smash Redemption arcade, 52 pucks air hockey game, Batman driving arcade, a Basketball arcade, multi-arcade with over a thousand games, and a PS4 gaming set-up to a projector screen. As you head upstairs you will find a quaint kitchen, perfect for the group staying here to enjoy a snack or morning coffee in private. There is a King bed in one bedroom and 2 twin beds in the second bedroom, each bedroom having their own SMART TVS and access to an adjoining bathroom.

• Check-in time is 4:00 pm
• Check-out time is 10:00 am
• All properties are non-smoking and no pets are allowed
• Tax is not included in nightly rates
• There is a one-time departure cleaning fee for all stays
• An Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee will be required to cover any reported accidental damage to this property and its contents
• Cleaning service is NOT included but please ask for a quote
• Final payment due 45 days prior to your arrival
• Pool heat available for a fee and is recommended from the 31st Oct. to the 31st Mar. If you would like the Spa / Hot Tub to be heated you will need to add pool heat to your reservation.
• The complimentary BBQ grill is provided free of charge. The Property Manager and/or the Owner do not accept liability for equipment failure. It is the guest`s responsibility to clean and maintain the barbecue and replenish Propane for the BBQ as required.
