The newly furnished home features a Nautical and Modern style with Flat Screen TV's in Living Room, Master Bedroom and Guest Bedroom 2. Enjoy the newly remodeled kitchen with Granite Countertop and Stainless Steel Appliances that also features Bar seating. Breakfast Den seating for 4 and the added Bar at the kItchen allow for a family of 6 to comfortably sit together. For our Boaters. While this home currently does not feature a Boat Lift, it does have a Concrete Dock and this home is only 15 minutes by Boat from the Caloosahatchee River.
Important: This is a 3 bedroom home. 4 guests are included in the posted rates. Each additional guest in this home will be charged an ADDITIONAL FEE. Guests under 6 years of age are free of charge. For online reservations you will be able to add additional guests during the booking process.
