The open kitchen is great for entertaining family and friends and offers plenty of Island counter space and an open view of the pool and patio. The living room offers plenty of seating with two sofas, two chairs, and a 65” smart tv to enjoy. The dining table for ten is complemented with a bar cart for those looking to make their favorite libations! 

Guests will find the bright and open living area opens up to a modern pool patio with a heated pool and spillover spa. Families can enjoy an email outside on the dining table set for eight, or soak up the Florida sun in the four lounge chairs. For those that prefer the shade, a cozy living area with an outdoor sofa and chairs will be perfect for a tranquil afternoon. The pool and patio jack right up to the fairway, so be sure to look if you hear “Fore!” Guests will enjoy the front-row seat and view of all of the action on the course. 

The downstairs king bedroom is perfect for those wanting to be away from the rest of the family, or simply wanting to avoid the stairs. This room has a 55” smart tv to enjoy all of your favorite shows. Just outside of this bedroom is a full bathroom with a step-down shower. 

The upstairs loft provides a couple of nice seating areas, perfect for escaping in your favorite book! The upstairs front king master has a nice modern touch, with a 55” smart tv and extra chair to relax in. The master bathroom has a double vanity, glass shower, and separate water closet. 

The little ones will find themselves retreating to the full over full bunk bedroom, in the back of the home. This room has a smart tv for the kids to enjoy their favorite apps and shows. Next to the bunk room, guests will enjoy another king bedroom with a smart tv.  Both rooms offer a view of the golf area. These bedrooms share a full bathroom, just outside the loft with a glass shower.

Terms And Conditions:

• Check-in time is 4:00 pm
• Check-out time is 10:00 am
• All properties are non-smoking and no pets are allowed
• An Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee will be required to cover any reported accidental damage to this property and its contents
• There is a one-time departure cleaning fee for all stays
• Final payment due 45 days prior to your arrival
• The guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older.
• Bookings made within 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
• Vacation rentals may not be used for events or group gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy.
• A rental agreement must be signed by the lead guest making the reservation, along with a full list of guest names that will be staying in the property.
• This property does not include a BBQ, however, we do have them available for rental.
• Pool heat is available and is recommended from the 31st Oct. to the 31st Mar. If you would like the Spillover Spa to be heated you will need to add pool heat to your reservation
• This home has an outdoor pool without a screen enclosure that is cleaned and serviced once a week. Please be aware that in-between the weekly clean all outdoor pools are susceptible to some minor debris such as mulch or leaves being blown into the pool. Especially during periods of heavy rain. A skimmer net is provided to remove any debris in between the weekly cleans.
• We use a third party to verify identification and fraud risk, based on the findings we could cancel the reservation.
