When you first walk in, you'll be captivated by the bright and open floor plan that is perfect for entertaining and bonding with family and friends. Enjoy a home-cooked meal made in a fully equipped kitchen and dine at the formal dining table, with seating for 20, or dine at one of the 2 breakfast bars. Sit back and relax in the family room right off the kitchen and catch up on your favorite show. 

Don't worry about missing your daily workout. Royale Reunion has a workout room equipped with free weights, weight machines, a treadmill, an elliptical, a Stairmaster, and 2 SMART TVs to keep you entertained during your workout. 

Head out to the patio to enjoy a day under the Florida sun at your lavish 22 ft. wide by 50 ft. long infinity-edge pool, with pool fence. When you're not swimming like a fish or floating in the pool, soak up the sun on one of the day beds, ledge loungers, or hanging wicker basket chairs. Cook up your favorite meal in the summer kitchen and bar, then dine al fresco at the dining table, with seating for 12, and the bar, with seating for 6. The fun doesn't stop at the pool! Enjoy a game of table tennis or watch a game on one of the SMART TVs located in the covered patio. Head up to the second-floor balcony for more fresh air and plenty of seating and space to create many memories.

When it is time to go to sleep, find one of the 10 bedrooms at Royale Reunion. You will find 4 Master Suites with king-size beds and a one-bedroom suite with a twin-size bed and a queen-size bed on the main floor. Upstairs you will find 3 Master Suites furnished with king-size beds, 1 custom-built kids room with 2 bunk beds, and 1 custom-built princess-themed bedroom furnished with 1 bunk bed. Connecting the custom-built kids' bedrooms is a secret graffitied game room that kids will love! They'll have non-stop fun playing knockout on the basketball shooting game or play all the different games available on the Multi-Arcade machine. All bedrooms have an ensuite bathroom and come equipped with their own SMART TV. 

Everyone will have a blast in the downstairs Games Room. Play a game of Billiards, Foosball, Air-Hockey, or enjoy games on the Playstation or Xbox. Old-school gamers will be thrilled to play classic arcade games on Blount's Arcade or put the pedal to the metal on Arcade Racing. Don't forget the popcorn as you head to your private theater. Get the movie theater experience in your own home by sitting back and relaxing as you enjoy a large projector screen on the comfy couches. Want to have even more fun? • Check-in time is 4:00 pm
• Check-out time is 10:00 am
• All properties are non-smoking and no pets are allowed
• Tax is not included in nightly rates
• Final payment is due 45 days prior to your arrival
• There is a one-time departure cleaning fee for all stays
• Pool heat available and is recommended from the 31st Oct. to the 31st Mar. If you would like the Spa / Hot Tub to be heated you will need to add pool heat to your reservation
• Daily maid service is NOT included but please ask for a quote
• An Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee will be required to cover any reported accidental damage to this property and its contents
• This property is self-catering, it is the guest's responsibility to replenish items such as toiletries.
