Offering amazing west-facing views of the golf course and sunset, a private saltwater pool with spillover spa, game room, theater room, themed kids' bedroom, and more, this house is the perfect home away from home for you and your family to enjoy the best vacation!
Step inside to be greeted by an open floor plan with modern and stylish furnishings. Every inch of this villa was designed to provide guests with a memorable Orlando vacation experience. The living room space, kitchen, and dining area have a modern flair. The fully-equipped kitchen will provide you with delicious meals prepared by the chef in the family! There is a breakfast island with seating for 5 guests and the formal dining room has space for up to 10 guests. Cozy up on the comfortable oversized sofa and gather together to watch a movie on the 85" Smart TV.
Venture outside to the patio to enjoy the beautiful golf course views. At Modern Sunset Mansion, you will have a private pool, spillover spa, and summer kitchen with BBQ grill. Soak up the sun's rays while enjoying a refreshing swim in the infinity edge pool or relax on the sun loungers. Prepare a BBQ meal and dine al fresco at the outdoor dining table with space for up to 10. This villa can comfortably accommodate up to 14 guests in beds that range from king to double beds. Bedrooms are very spacious and luxurious. Kids will adore the Candy Land-themed bedroom with a set of double bunk beds. They'll fall asleep dreaming of sugar plums and have sweet dreams!

• Payment Terms - Outside of 60 days from arrival, the initial deposit is 20%, the remaining balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. Inside of 60 days of arrival full payment is required.• Cancellation Policy - Cancellation Penalty is 20% from the initial date of booking up to 30 days prior to arrival. 50% if less than 30 days prior to the arrival date. 100% if less than 15 days prior to arrival date.

• Early or late check-in/out: 1/2 nightly rate
• No smoking / No pets
• By state law occupancy of property must not be exceeded
• 13.5% sales and tourist tax (not included in nightly rate)
• One-time cleaning fee required upon all stays
• Daily housekeeping services are available upon request
• Bookings made within 60 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
