This 8-bedroom 5-bathroom villa has plenty of space for the whole family, surprise entertainment around every corner, and deluxe furnishings. Located in ChampionsGate Resort, this villa is located near plenty of restaurants, shopping, and Orlando's most popular attractions, including Walt Disney World® Resort.
As you walk into the home you will be welcomed into the open-concept living area. The modern-styled kitchen has stainless steel appliances and sleek countertops, perfect for prepping meals for the whole family. Have a seat at the breakfast bar and plan out the day, or enjoy a snack before heading out to a theme park. The living area has plenty of comfortable seating for everyone to come together and watch a TV show. The dining table has room for 12, perfect for a family-style get together.
Walk onto the private patio to your own screened-in pool with a spillover spa. Relax in a sun lounger or take a dip to cool off. There is an outdoor dining table so you can dine under the stars. Stay entertained with the built-in TV. If you have little ones, there is a safety fence that can be set up as well.
Champion Estate is filled with entertainment for the whole family. Watch a movie in the private home theater with recliner seating and a projection screen. Have a karaoke party with friends using the karaoke machine. If you're looking for games, head to the game room for endless fun. Challenge friends to a game of ping pong or foosball. Rental Policies
• Payment Terms - Outside of 45 days from arrival, the initial deposit is 20%, the remaining balance is due 45 days prior to arrival. Inside of 45 days of arrival full payment is required.• Cancellation Policy - Cancellation Penalty is 20% from the initial date of booking up to 30 days prior to arrival. 50% if less than 30 days prior to the arrival date. 100% if less than 15 days prior to arrival date.
• Check-in: 4:00 PM / check out: 10:00 AM
• Early or late check-in/out: 1/2 nightly rate
• No smoking / No pets
• By state law occupancy of property must not be exceeded
• 13.5% sales and tourist tax (not included in nightly rate)
• One-time cleaning fee required upon all stays
• Daily housekeeping services are available upon request
• Bookings made within 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
