As you step inside, you will be greeted by a spacious open floor plan perfect for the whole family to enjoy time together. You can prepare snacks or family dinners in the fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The living area features ample sofa seating, a 55-inch SMART TV, and a formal dining area with seating for 6. Head outside to the screened-in pool area for enjoying the Florida sunshine. The screened in patio features an outdoor table with seating for 6 and sun loungers for 2.
This 4 bedroom Championsgate townhome can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests. On the ground floor, you will find the first master bedroom with a king size bed and 49-inch SMART TV. There is also a full shared bathroom. Upstairs on the second floor you will find the rest of the bedrooms. The second master suite has a king size bed, 49-inch SMART TV, and ensuite bathroom. The third bedroom features two twin-size beds with a 49-inch SMART TV. The fourth bedroom is designed just for the kids!
