There is a master bedroom with a 50-inch SMART TV, king-sized bed, and ensuite bathroom. The open floor plan lets you enjoy all the family all in one. Whether it's preparing a meal for all or just even hanging out in the living area, the family will have a blast. As you make your way to the patio area, the private pool area has views of the conservation. The outdoor table seats 6 with a summer kitchen. At the end of the day, the self-closing child safety fence puts your mind at ease for closing access to the pool for the little ones.
As you make your way up to the second floor, there is more fun. The loft area has a 60-inch LED TV, an Xbox 360, pool table and seating for all. The master suite features a king-sized bed, 50-inch TV, ensuite bathroom, and access to private patio balcony. Bedroom 3 features a king-sized bed, 40-inch TV, and ensuite bathroom. The kid's bedroom has two twin/twin bunk bed with a 32-inch TV and ensuite bathroom. The last bedroom has 2 queen-sized beds with an ensuite bathroom, 50-inch TV, and access to private balcony.

• Cancellation Policy - Cancellation Penalty is 20% from the initial date of booking up to 30 days prior to arrival. 50% if less than 30 days prior to the arrival date. 100% if less than 15 days prior to arrival date.
• Check-in: 4:00 PM / check out: 10:00 AM
• Early or late check-in/out: 1/2 nightly rate
• No smoking / No pets
• By state law occupancy of property must not be exceeded
• 13.5% sales and tourist tax (not included in nightly rate)
• One-time cleaning fee required upon all stays
• Daily housekeeping services are available upon request
• Bookings made within 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
