Large sliding patio doors lead out to the private balcony with a table that can seat six and added living area where you and your guests can enjoy the view and of course Florida's weather. The balcony also has a nice living area to relax and take in the scenery! 

The master en-suite bedroom comes with a king bed, a 55” wall-mounted smart tv, and added ceiling fan for comfort. This room also has access to the balcony. The master bathroom has a double vanity with custom countertops, a large soaking tub, and a large corner shower. 

Guests staying in the front left bedroom will enjoy two queen beds, a 55” wall-mounted smart tv and a shared access bathroom with custom counter tops and a tub/shower combo. The little ones will enjoy the front right master with two full beds, custom artwork, and 55” wall mounted smart tv. The master bathroom also has a tub/shower combo.

Terms And Conditions:

• Check-in time is 4:00 pm
• Check-out time is 10:00 am
• All properties are non-smoking and no pets are allowed
• Final payment is due 45 days prior to your arrival
• The guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older.
• An Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee will be required to cover any reported accidental damage to this property and its contents.
• Bookings made inside of 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
• A rental agreement must be signed by the lead guest making the reservation, along with a full list of guest names that will be staying in the property
