Located in the gated community of Solterra Resort, Magical Sunscape at Solterra is a beautifully appointed 6-bedroom pool home with 4.5 baths. This home is located in a cul-de-sac with no rear neighbors and features a southwest-facing pool, allowing for copious amounts of pool sun. The two-story Mediterranean style home with inviting, contemporary d cor has an open floor plan with the living room, kitchen and dining room all overlooking the pool and spa deck. The stunning kitchen and dining area, with four seats at the counter and eight more at the table (high-chair also provided), are wonderfully set up for homestyle preparation and plenty of seating for your entire party. The comfortable and relaxing environment of the open plan living room carries through to the furnished pool deck and outdoor space.



There is a master bedroom downstairs and 5 bedrooms upstairs. The downstairs master bedroom features a King bed and flat panel TV. The en suite full bath features a soaking tub, stand-up shower, and double sinks with granite countertops. The toilet has a separate door and, given the bathroom access to the pool, makes it a convenient bathroom for pool guests. bathroom pool access also allows for a beautiful morning view of the pool and surrounding nature from the bedroom. There is a further half bath downstairs for shared guest use and a laundry room with washer and dryer. Pool towels are also included for guest use.



Upstairs you will find a large loft area featuring an oversized sectional with ample seating for enjoying your favorite TV shows and movies, or for playing the connected PS4 gaming system. The second en suite master bedroom is upstairs and features a king bed and wall mounted flat panel TV. The attached full bath features a tub and separate stand-up shower and double sinks with a granite countertop. Bedrooms 3 and 4 each include a queen bed, large, flat panel TV and updated, serene d Bedrooms 5 and 6 are magical, themed bedrooms with 2 twin beds in each room. One is wizard themed and the other is everyone s favorite mouse. There are two shared family bathrooms, one located between 3 and 4, and one located between bedrooms 5 and 6.



The extended pool deck overlooks a tranquil nature area and features a rectangular pool with an attached spa that flows into the pool. There is outdoor table seating for 6 under the lanai and 5 sun loungers are provided, perfect for watching the cranes visit the pond or for enjoying a spectacular Florida sunset.

The garage has been converted into another gathering space where you can challenge friends and family to a fun game of pool or ping pong.



Pool heating can be added for an additional fee and is suggested October through May to increase the enjoyment of your pool time. Please note that pool temperatures are set to 85-89 degrees and will drop in periods of cold weather and rainy days. The pool temperature will regulate as the temperature rises and rain ceases. NOTE: the spa, as is common in Florida, is set to the same temperature as the pool.



Please note that pool spa heat (where applicable) are not included in daily rates and restrictions do apply. This home has an electric pool heater which requires a minimum of 4 consecutive days.

Resort Registration:

Upon arrival, the primary guest must go the clubhouse to provide the following information and pay the resort fee:

1. Check in details to show check-in/out dates and number of people in the party


2. ID that matches primary guest


3. License plate info for primary vehicle


4. Guest will pay a fee via credit card(no cash accepted) to Leisure Patron Amenity Access Fee

5. Guests will receive a Resort access card
   
   
   
   1. Guests must be able to produce a card at the pool if asked by security

6. After Hours Guests gate attendant will issue gate pass only. Primary guest must register the following morning starting at 9AM


7. CHECKOUT- Cards must be returned to the clubhouse only before departing the community. Replacement or lost cards will be charged at the purchase price. NOTE: THE GUARD WILL NOT ACCEPT CARDS AT THE GATE!

Slide rules: Rider must be at least 48 inches tall. Sliders must slide feet first only. Single riders only. Slide attendee will measure all riders in question.
