This 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom home offer a master bedroom with a spacious king bed. A second bedroom with 1 queen bed.
We sleep more guests with a foldaway full bed and 1 twin bed, with extra room on the sectional sofa.

Even though our cottage is cozy, there is still plenty of space to spread out!
Gather in the living room or in the family room with comfortable couches and plenty of games for families to enjoy together.

Kitchen and Cooking
Prepare meals in the bright kitchen with granite counters and plenty of room to create any type of meal.
Not only that, but you can head out to the Florida room where you'll find a propane grill for all your BBQ needs!

Enjoy the quiet Florida room relaxing while overlooking the gardens.
We've provided multiple yard games to enjoy in the beautiful Florida weather, board and card games for when it rains or everyone wants to just gather around together.
Relax in the standalone hot tub in the Florida room overlooking the lovely peaceful tropical landscaping.
Bikes to get out into the sun, or head over to the multiple parks nearby.

Location is Hard to Beat
Located a short walk towards the newly opened Veterans Memorial Park with kayak/canoe launch, fishing pier, nature trail, tennis courts, and playground, there is plenty for nature lovers to enjoy right down the road.
Just under two miles to Port Charlotte Beach Park, a popular place the enjoy the sheltered waters of Charlotte Harbor.
Our cottage is right off Edgewater drive, with quick access to Port Charlotte shopping and dining.

Garage: two car garage available for guest use. Please return the garage door opener to the kitchen counter upon departure

BBQ use included in guest stay, if BBQ is not clean upon guest departure an additional $56 fee will be charged to the guest for cleaning.

Family-friendly amenities throughout the home include pack n’ play, high chair, coloring supplies, games, yard games, sippy cups, kid plates and bicycles.

We will provide a welcome pack including the following:
1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom
1 roll of paper towels
2 packets of dishwasher detergent
2 packets of laundry soap
"hotel-size" shampoo and bar soaps per bathroom
Garbage can liners in each bedroom/bathroom small garbage cans
Any supplies beyond this are up to the guest to replenish, we do not restock these items.

- When you reserve, we will collect a $1,500.00 deposit.
- Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival.
- If canceled 91 days or more prior to arrival - $250 is refundable.
- If canceled 89 - 61 days prior to arrival - entire $1,500 is non-refundable
