Welcome to this newly renovated condo on the ground floor at The Friendly Native Beach Resort. This Old Florida style, low-rise complex is located steps away to St. Pete s Upham Beach home to the Secret Garden. The condo is equipped with all the comforts for a deluxe vacation by the sea. There is a king and queen bedroom, with new high-end mattresses, as well as a custom oversized velvet sofa with queen-sized pull-out sofa bed with a memory foam mattress. All rooms have a TV. The full-size glass-enclosed bathtub and rain shower, has a double sink marble top vanity. The kitchen has a refrigerator with ice maker, and an expandable table for six and is equipped with everything you need to make a gourmet meal. Included in your stay are beach chairs, boogie boards, inflatable rafts with portable electric pump.

For a confirmed reservation, it is mandatory to submit a comprehensive guest list by email.
Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the host prior to arrival.

Hourly rates may apply for early check in or late check out.
If you use the beach chairs, please rinse them off before bringing them back inside the house
