There is also a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The separate dining area has a beautiful dining table with seating for 6.

Large sliding doors lead out to your own private balcony with a table and four seats. Here you can enjoy breakfast and evening drinks whilst relaxing.

The Master en-suite bedroom has a King bed, a 32 " wall-mounted TV complete with cable and DVD player. There is a large walk-in closet, an electronic safe, and a large en-suite bathroom with dual sinks, a bathtub, and a large walk-in separate shower.

The second bedroom has a Queen bed, wall-mounted TV, as well as a large closet, and an en-suite bathroom. The third bedroom has two full beds and a TV. There is a large closet and a bathroom.

• An Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee will be required to cover any reported accidental damage to this property and its contents

• Bookings made within 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
• “Best value” properties are typically older, the furniture and contents of the property will, therefore, be subject to wear and tear from use. Older homes may also be more susceptible to mechanical issues. Should a mechanical issue occur, best efforts will still be made to repair or replace or in the shortest time.
• A rental agreement must be signed by the lead guest making the reservation, along with a full list of guest names that will be staying in the property.
