With two stories of living space, guests will find space to spread out and enjoy in comfort. When you enter the home, you will find a nice open living and kitchen area, perfect for gathering the family for a meal together or watching your favorite show or movie. The kitchen is fully stocked to be able to make meals in-house, rather than spending hundreds of dollars per meal eating out! The counter is perfect for laying out the meal or snack spread, and also has bar stool seating for five, in addition to the dining table for six. Guests will gather around and enjoy the wall-mounted smart tv on the stylish sectional sofa. An additional small sofa off of the living room provides extra seating to watch tv or get away and enjoy a book. 

Take in the beautiful Central Florida weather and sunsets on your private back patio with bistro-style seating. The downstairs also has a half bathroom to save guests from having to go upstairs. 

The sleeping spaces are all on the second floor. At the top of the stairs, you will live in luxury in the king master bedroom. This bedroom has a wall-mounted smart tv, an extra desk and workstation, and a fan for additional comfort. Guests will also enjoy a private patio with seating with panoramic golf and sunset views! The master bathroom has a double vanity and shower. The upstairs queen bedroom has some retro artwork and a wall-mounted smart tv. A ceiling fan will keep the air moving and comfortable. The little ones will retreat to the upstairs kid's bedroom with two twin beds. This room also has a smart tv and ceiling fan. 

A full bathroom located outside of the queen and twin bedroom offers a tub/shower combo. Guests will also have use of a full washer and dryer on the second floor.

• Check-in time is 4:00 pm
• Check-out time is 10:00 am
• All properties are non-smoking and no pets are allowed
• An Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee will be required to cover any reported accidental damage to this property and its contents
• There is a one-time departure cleaning fee for all stays
• Final payment due 45 days prior to your arrival
• The guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older
• Bookings made within 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
• Vacation rentals may not be used for events or group gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy.
• A rental agreement must be signed by the lead guest making the reservation, along with a full list of guest names that will be staying in the property.
• This property does not include a BBQ, however, we do have them available for rental.
