Great Golf and Resort Amenities, but Disappointing Condo
Jorge ·
Overall, Reunion Resort was fantastic! We played pickleball, mini golf, enjoyed the water park, and played all three golf courses. The courses were great, the clubhouses were beautiful, and the staff was amazing. There is plenty to do for the whole family, both on and off the golf course. I would absolutely recommend Reunion for a golf trip or a family vacation. The only reason I'm rating our overall experience as just OK is the condo we stayed in. The unit itself was spacious and had an amazing view overlooking the Watson Course, including a green and a par 3. Unfortunately, the accommodations fell short in a couple of important areas. The biggest issue was the air conditioning. We were told by management that we could not set it below 72 degrees, which made the condo feel hot and muggy in the Florida heat. The beds were another major disappointment. The mattress in the master bedroom was extremely worn out, to the point where you would sink into it and slide toward the side unless you stayed right in the middle. The condo was also outdated, but that alone would not have been a big deal if the basics had been taken care of. I would definitely recommend Reunion Resort for its golf courses, excellent staff, and outstanding family amenities. However, I would recommend avoiding this particular condo or unit unless the air conditioning and mattresses are addressed. The resort itself is well worth visiting, but the quality of your accommodations can make a big difference in the overall experience.

Cassie ·
We have stayed at Reunion so many times and we keep coming back because we love it so much! Our kids are 7 & 8 and love it as well. The waterpark is perfect (we wish they would add in the wave pool, but hopefully sometime soon!) and there is a lot of fun things to do! 10/10! We will be back again soon!
Great!

We found our 3 bedroom very spacious and clean. The overall resort amenities were very good especially the water park and even our area pool. The beds were a little soft for our liking , and should be upgraded to a more supportive mattress but overall the were okay
Great!

Very well stay
Great!
Samantha ·
We had a great stay as a 3 generational stay. The condo and resort had nearly everything we needed. A few points on the condo, only 1 hairdryer worked, we had to call maintenance multiple times to get the AC working, the back door didn't look only when using the poles. The crib and highchair were not in the room on arrival butwere delivered very quickly when requested. All the pools were great, the centre court pool bottom was a chipped in several places and a few loose tiles around the edges. The water park was great but we were very disappointed that the lazy river was closed for most of our stay. We were very disappointed that the paddle courts were closed for most of our stay so only got to play once. We had a fantastic meal at Eleven. It would be great if there were a few more toddler activities as the playgrounds get very hot in the sun so something inside would be great. Overall I'd recommend to people but feel there are a few things that need working on
Fantastic Stay At Reunion Resort and Gold Club
