Responsive Service, Mixed Experience
Amber ·
The communication was great as far as GVR being extremely responsive. The unit was ok but the stove didn't work. The patio door knob was also broken and we were locked out of the patio door after closing if for hours until the knob was replaced. The dryer was also broken. Overall we are very appreciative and the stay was ok. The pool was great and so was the staff!
