Great condo with comfy beds and well stocked kitchen. Our unit was 3 bedroom and we loved that each had a private, full bathroom. Would highly recommend.

This nicely decorated 3 bed, 3 bath unit is in the heart of Reunion Resort, close to all the amenities! The layout makes so each bedroom is apart from the others for privacy and each has its own en-suite restroom. The kitchen and living space is well decorated and stocked with the essentials to cook a meal if wanted. We found a few items that need some attention; All knobs on the dressers and cabinets need to be tightened as they were all loose. The water dispenser on the refrigerator doesn’t work, it’s probably a clogged water line as the ice maker continues to work. The master shower, kitchen faucet both had very low water pressure, they heads probably just need a good clean out. The disposal makes noise but doesn’t spin, so we had to unclog the drain once we figured that out and attempt to not throw anything else down that sink. The dishwasher needs to be secured to the cabinet as it would pull out from underneath the counter upon opening. The oven light doesn’t work. The two guest showers drained slow, again probably just need a good cleaning. Both of those shower heads also need a cleaning. The TV in the guest bedroom with the single bed didn’t work for us, it could be operator error but should be checked. In various parts of the condo there were lights that didn’t come on that need to be replaced, overhead and in fixtures. The washing machine is extremely loud and bounces around. Might need to be balanced. All screen doors move rough, some need two hands to operate. We understand that this is a long list of items needing attention, but as owners of a rental in another community we always feel it is good to give feedback for improvement purposes not to complain. Our stay was great, we were able to walk to the Grande and enjoy a rooftop beverage during the Disney fireworks! The waterpark is about a three minute walk from this unit and if you only want a pool, it is right across the parking lot. The unit is nicely decorated with comfortable furnishing and room for our party of 6 to not feel cramped. we even hosted local family members for brunch one day and the 8 of us had no issues with room in the unit. Rental properties tend to be abused due to people not respecting the places so owners and management companies can feel overwhelmed at times. It is obvious this management company and owner truly try to do a great job for every guest.

Kids loved the amenities and was plenty of space. Property was very clean. It had everything we needed for a great vacation!

We enjoyed our stay (5 weeks) at the Reunion Resort. Cabana Joia was the cleanest condo we have stayed in of 10 years of rentals. The amenities are wonderful…several pools, tennis courts, mini golf and restaurants. The management company was prompt in addressing our concerns with blocked drain in the air conditioning unit, sending a repairman after working hours to repair the problem. I highly recommend this unit.

Excellent! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ This is my third time staying at Reunion Vacation Homes and would recommend it due to its outstanding location, staff, and accommodations. The home was very spacious, updated decor, comfortable beds! The automatic digital lock system was excellent.
