New Vehicle Policy Effective August 1, 2025
Vehicle limits will be based on bedroom count:

6 7 BR: max 4 vehicles
8 9 BR: max 5 vehicles
Vehicles beyond the limit will be denied entry and must find off-site parking.
Homeowners will be emailed their specific limits.
Parking:
Please park in the driveway first. If you have additional vehicles, overflow parking is allowed along the curbside, but please:
Do not block other driveways.
Do not park on the grass.
Do not block fire hydrants or park directly in front of any house.
Vehicles parked improperly may be towed by the HOA.
Proxy Cards Visitor Passes

Visitors must be registered with the HOA and will receive a blue parking pass (valid up to 3 days).
